Fire controlled at Capital residential complex after enemy drone attack

Kuwait firefighting teams early Wednesday brought under control a fire that broke out at a residential complex in the Capital after the site was targeted by enemy drone. No injuries were reported, while the incident resulted only in material damage.
Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Gharib, official spokesman for the Kuwait Fire Force, said firefighting teams responded to the incident at dawn as soon as fire broke out at the residential complex.
The fire was put out by teams from the Al-Hilali and Al-Madina fire stations, Al-Gharib said in a press statement. The crews worked to contain and extinguish the fire, successfully bringing it under control.
