Financial envelopes of railway tender to be opened on November 6

The Central Authority for Public Tenders announced its invitation to the companies participating in the tender ‘The Draft of the study work, the detailed design and preparation of the documents of the railway tender’.

This being the first phase to be held next Wednesday, November 6, the Authority invited the companies to attend the meeting of opening the financial envelopes for the tender, at the headquarters of the Central Tenders Authority at 9:00 am.

The Authority approved the request of the General Authority for Roads and Land Transport to open the financial envelopes of “five” companies that meet the conditions and requirements of the tender.

Importantly, the Authority indicated that the request to open the financial envelopes came only after completing all the data and information related to the tender, and after the adoption of the report of the Technical Tender Study Committee.

Furthermore, the Authority also pointed out that 4 companies did not pass, as they did not meet the conditions and requirements of the tender, announcing approval of the result of the technical evaluation, while allowing the opening of financial offers that meet the evaluation rate in accordance with the procedures followed in this regard.
