The Ministry of Finance has launched of a new e-registration service for companies, subject to the Multinational Entities Tax Law, accessible through its official website.
This initiative is part of the Ministry’s efforts to implement Law No. (157) of 2024 and promote digital transformation in government services.
In its statement, the Ministry explained that the service is designed to simplify the registration process for companies covered under the law, in line with Article (75) of the executive regulations, which encourages companies to register on their own initiative, reports Al-Rai daily.
The registration process involves four steps:
- Visit the Ministry of Finance’s official website: www.mof.gov.kw.
- Select “Corporate and Institutional Tax” from the main menu or access “Electronic Tax Services” to reach the link:
www.mof.gov.kw/TCRS_Public. - Log in using an existing account, or create a new one if needed.
- Choose the relevant service and submit the registration application.
The Ministry emphasized its ongoing commitment to developing digital services that enhance institutional performance and improve compliance with Kuwait’s tax laws.
