Farwaniya Governor, Vietnamese Ambassador discuss ways to boost Kuwait-Vietnam relations

Sheikh Athbi Nassir Al-Athbi, Governor of Al-Farwaniya, met with His Excellency Nguyen Duc Thang, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, in his office to discuss strengthening relations and enhancing cooperation between the two friendly countries, according to Al Rai newspaper.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ambassador Thangcongratulated the Governor of Al-Farwaniya on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, emphasizing that the visit aimed to strengthen friendship and bilateral relations with Kuwait. A number of topics of mutual interest were also discussed.
Sheikh Al-Athbi welcomed his guest, highlighting the depth of the relationship between the two friendly countries and Kuwait’s commitment to strengthening bilateral ties with its allies.
At the end of the meeting, the Vietnamese Ambassador thanked the Governor of Al-Farwaniya for his hospitality and warm reception, praising Kuwait’s leading role in global humanitarian efforts, and wishing continued progress and prosperity for the country and its people.
