Enhancing skills of young of diplomats
. . . and deepening their understanding of joint Arab Action -- Ambassador Talal Al-Mutairi

Kuwait’s Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States, Ambassador H.E. Talal Al-Mutairi, affirmed Kuwait’s commitment to developing the skills of young diplomats and providing them with opportunities to closely observe the mechanisms of joint Arab action.
His remarks came following the conclusion of a training program for Ministry of Foreign Affairs diplomats, organized by the League of Arab States at its headquarters in cooperation with the Cairo International Center for Conflict Resolution, Peacekeeping and Peacebuilding, held from December 1 to 5.
Ambassador Al-Mutairi said the program covered a broad range of topics relevant to Kuwaiti diplomacy, including the working structures of the League of Arab States, key issues on the Arab agenda, and an overview of the Cairo International Center’s efforts in peacebuilding and conflict resolution.
He noted that the knowledge and experience gained through discussions and specialized lectures would strengthen participants’ analytical skills and enhance their ability to manage diplomatic files, thereby contributing to the effectiveness of Kuwait’s diplomatic corps.
Al-Mutairi expressed his gratitude to officials at the League’s General Secretariat and the Cairo Center for their professional organization of the program. He also commended the dedication and discipline demonstrated by the participating Kuwaiti diplomats.
