Education Ministry deploys 199 observers for Grade 12 exams across Kuwait

Acting Director of the Capital Education District, Dr. Ahmed Al-Majidi, said 199 national observers are supervising the Grade 12 final exams in both the scientific and literary streams.
This step aims to reinforce transparency and integrity within exam committees, all operating under strict rules and regulations. Reports on exam conduct are being submitted to the Audit and Inspection Office at the Ministry of Education.
Speaking to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) during a field tour on Wednesday to inspect examination committees, Al-Majidi stated that more than 42,000 students are taking their final exams for the second semester of the 2024–2025 academic year.
He detailed that the examinees include 28,833 science students and 13,584 literature students, distributed across 179 committees in all six educational regions of the country. The first exam for the science stream was mathematics, while students in the literature stream began with French.
Dr. Al-Majidi emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to a fair and organized testing environment, ensuring that exam regulations are upheld and student performance is assessed under transparent conditions.
