Education Ministry announces 43 supervisory appointments, secondments, transfers enhancing efficiency

The Minister of Education Sayyed Jalal Al-Tabtabaei has issued several decisions involving the secondment, appointment, transfer, and assignment of various supervisory positions.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Education stated that these decisions reflect Minister Al-Tabtabaei’s comprehensive reform vision and are part of ongoing efforts to enhance job stability and improve overall efficiency across various sectors.

These measures aim to strengthen administrative performance while addressing long-pending supervisory position files. The ministry emphasized that these appointments, involving department heads and supervisors, were made based on merit, ensuring fairness and transparency in filling vacancies according to established rules and regulations.

The list of decisions are as follows:

1. Abdulaziz Jaber Al-Otaibi, previously serving as Head of the Kindergarten and Primary Department in the Foreign Schools Supervision Department under the Educational Affairs Department of the Private and Specialized Education Sector, has been assigned as a Foreign Schools Supervisor in the General Administration of Private Education.
2. Fatima Faisal Mohammed Al-Kandari has been appointed as Head of the Planning and Information Department in the Farwaniya Educational District.
3. Ghazwat Aman Mubarak Aman has been appointed as Head of the Technical Services Department in the Educational Technology Department.
4. Ali Yassin Ibrahim Al-Ibrahim has been appointed as Head of the Warehouses Department in the Special Education Schools Department.
5. Shaima Abdul Mahdi Ismail Bandari has been appointed as Head of the Museum Relations Department in the Educational Technology Department.
6. Ahmed Fadel Abbas Mulla Qambar Hussein has been appointed Head of the Television Program Preparation and Production Department at the Educational Technology Department.
7. Hamad Ahmed Ali Taqi has been appointed as Head of the Intermediate and Secondary Department in the Educational Affairs Department of the General Administration of Private Education.
8. Adhari Abdullah Mutlaq Al-Saeed has been appointed as the Head of the Planning and Information Department in the Capital Educational District.
9. Saqr Fahd Matar Al-Matar has been appointed as Head of the Financial Disbursement Department in the Financial and Administrative Affairs Department at the General Administration of Private Education.
10. Mai Youssef Issa Al-Hasawi has been appointed as Head of the Files and Termination of Service Department at the Human Resources Department in the Capital Education District.
11. Mishaal Essam Al-Haddad has been appointed as Head of the Public Relations and Educational Media Department in the Capital Educational District.
12. Najla Nahar Utayid Al-Anzi has been appointed as Head of Student Affairs Department at the Examinations Supervision Department in the Capital Educational District.
13. Ghadir Naji Ali Bujrouh has been appointed as Head of the Secretariat Department in the Planning Department of the Educational Facilities and Planning Sector.
14. Dalal Hamad Al-Fajji has been assigned to carry out the duties of Head of the Student and Teacher Housing Department in the Social and Psychological Services Department.
15. Abrar Azab Shalash Al-Dayea has been assigned to perform the duties of Head of the Attendance Follow-up Division in the Leaves and Attendance Department of the Human Resources Department.
16. Anwar Abjad Fayhan Al-Otaibi has been assigned to carry out the duties of Head of the Training and Professional Preparation Department in the Social and Psychological Services Department.
17. Munira Saleh Al-Qattan has been assigned to carry out the duties of Head of the Specialized Psychological Treatment Department in the Social and Psychological Services Department.
18. Mishaal Rashid Marzouq Al-Azmi, Head of the Psychological Services Department in the Jahra Educational District, has been assigned to perform the duties of School Activities Supervisor in the Educational Activities Department in the Jahra Educational District.
19. Wasmiya Dhaer Mohammed Al-Saeedi has been assigned to carry out the duties of Head of the Social Services Department in the Educational Activities Department in the Jahra Educational District.
20. Noufa Marif Dabi’i Al-Hareji has been assigned to carry out the duties of Head of the Artistic and Cultural Activities Department in the Educational Activities Department in the Jahra Educational District.
21. Sarah Ghali Rashid Al-Fadhli has been assigned to act as Head of the Educational Technology Department in the Educational Activities Department in the Jahra Educational District.
22. Abdullah Neda Mutab Al-Harbi, Head of the Artistic and Cultural Activities Department, has been assigned to perform the duties of School Activities Supervisor in the Educational Activities Department in the Ahmadi Educational District, in addition to his official duties.
23. Badriya Ghaleb Ali Al-Mutairi, Secondary Education Supervisor in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational District, has been assigned to perform the duties of Elementary Education Supervisor in the Educational Affairs Department in the same district, in addition to her official duties.
24. Reem Fardan Namshan Al-Namshan has been assigned to carry out the duties of Head of the Public Services Department in the Farwaniya Educational District, in addition to her official work.
25. Mona Fadel Ahmed Al-Shatti has been assigned to carry out the duties of Head of the Warehouse Department at the Public Services Monitoring Department in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational District, in addition to her current work, until March 27, 2025.
26. Nouf Abdulaziz Abdullah Qasim has been assigned to act as Head of the Training Assistance Department, Supervising Training and Workforce Development, in the Development and Development Department.
27. Muhammad Mahmoud Ibrahim Juru, Head of the Photography and Packaging Department at the General Registry Supervisorship in the General Services Department, has been assigned to perform the duties of the General Registry Supervisor.
28. Mishaal Asi Daghim Al-Dhafiri, Head of the Adult Education and Literacy Department in the Capital Education District, has been assigned to perform the duties of Examinations and Student Affairs Supervisor in the Education Affairs Department in the same district, in addition to his official duties.
29. Rashid Kamel Suwailem Al-Dhafiri, Head of the Public Services Department in the Jahra Educational District, has been assigned as to perform the duties of Head of the Warehouse Department for Public Services Monitoring in the same district, in addition to his official duties.
30. Fatima Falah Kahilan Al-Ajmi, Head of the Secretariat and Registry Department in the Jahra Educational District, has been assigned as to perform the duties of Public Services Supervisor in the same district, in addition to her official work.
31. Rana Muhammad Nazal Al-Shammari has been assigned to perform the duties of Head of the Recruitment Department at the Human Resources Control Department in the Jahra Educational District.
32. Fahd Sulaiman Manaa Al-Harbi, Head of the Files and Termination of Service Department, has been assigned as to perform the duties of Head of the Leave and Attendance Department at the Human Resources Monitoring Department in the Jahra Educational District, in addition to his official work.
33. Ahood Jassim Ali Al-Saif, Senior Art Education Supervisor, has been assigned to perform the duties of Elementary Education Supervisor in the Educational Affairs Department in the Farwaniya Educational District, in addition to her official duties.
34. Abrar Ahmed Abdullah Al-Dosari, Head of the Physical Education Department at Umm Saad Al-Ansari Intermediate School in the Ahmadi Educational District, has been assigned as to carry out the duties of the First Counselor for Brownies and Girl Guides in the same educational district, in addition to her official duties.
35. Badr Bilal Mubarak Al-Hajri has been assigned to perform the duties of Head of the Public Services Department in the Administrative Affairs Department in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational District.
36. Aida Reda Jumaa Abbas, Supervisor of Social and Psychological Services in the Jahra Educational District, has been assigned to carry out the duties of Director of the Educational Activities Department, in addition to the duties of Supervisor of Educational Technologies and Libraries in the same district, in addition to her official work.
37. Hashem Al-Sayed Muhammad Abdullah Al-Sayed has been assigned to carry out the duties of Director of the Educational Activities Department in the Farwaniya Educational District, effective February 2, 2025, for a period of two months.
38. Tahera Abdul Khader Hassan Ghuloum Abbas has been assigned to act as Head of the Educational Technology Department, overseeing educational technology and libraries in the Farwaniya Educational District.
39. Saud Obaid Al-Gharba, Head of the Salaries Section for the Ahmadi, Jahra and Hawalli regions in the Salaries Control Department of the Finance Department, has been transferred to work as Head of the Accounting Department in the Functional and Technical Affairs Department in the Capital Educational District.
40. Anfal Ahmed Awad Al-Mutairi, Head of the Training Assistance Section in the Development and Training Department, has been transferred to work as Head of the Ahmadi, Jahra and Hawally Salaries Section in the Salaries Control Department in the Finance Department, and assigned to perform the duties of the Salaries Control Department in the Finance Department in addition to her current duties.
41. Fatima Sulaiman Safah Al-Dhafiri, Head of the Recruitment Department in the Capital Education District, has been transferred to work as Head of the Computer Department in the Finance Department, and assigning her to perform the duties of Head of the Secretarial Department in the Finance Department.
42. Wael Abbas Al-Qallaf, Head of the Manpower Organization Department in the Development and Development Department, has been transferred to the position of Head of the Educational Innovation Research Department in the Educational Research Department.
43. Amina Salem Madid Al-Qahtani, Head of the Secretariat Department in the Development and Advancement Department, has been transferred to work in the same position in the Human Resources Department, in the Administrative Affairs and Administrative Development Sector.
