Education Minister approves Al-Dhafiri’s retirement request

Minister of Education, Eng. Jalal Al-Tabtabaei, has approved the retirement request submitted by Mansour Al-Dhafiri, former Acting Assistant Undersecretary for the Public Education Sector and Director General of the Hawalli Educational District.

Informed sources told Al-Rai that throughout his long career, Al-Dhafiri held several senior positions, both in an official capacity and interim assignments.

He has held the positions of Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Public Education, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Private Education, and Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs.

He was also head of several educational districts — Farwaniya, Ahmadi (by assignment), Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Jahra, and the Capital (by assignment), before heading the Hawalli Educational District.
