Dr. Salman appointed MOH Undersecretary
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah signed a decree Sunday appointing Sheikh Dr. Salman Khalifah Abdullah Al-Sabah as Health Ministry Undersecretary.
The decree stipulated that the Health Minister should comply with this decree, which would take effect once published in the official gazette.
