Dr. Osama Elhardello to lead Sudanese medical community in Kuwait

• The Sudanese Doctors Society was established in Kuwait in early 2025 as a unifying platform dedicated to supporting Sudanese medical professionals across the country.
The Sudanese Doctors Society appointed Dr. Osama Elhardello, a respected Consultant Surgeon and Head of the General Surgery Department at Al-Salam Al-Assima Hospital, as the head of the newly formed society. His leadership and expertise are expected to play a vital role in advancing its mission.
In recognition of his steadfast support for Sudanese doctors in Kuwait and his outstanding contributions to Internal Medicine, Dr. Ahmad Al-Shami, Senior Registrar at New Jahra Hospital, has been appointed Honorary Head of the society.
A graduate of Kuwait University, Dr. Al-Shami holds both KBIM and MRCP (UK) qualifications. His honorary role serves as a symbol of unity and inspiration for Sudanese healthcare professionals across the country.
