Dr. Al-Mashaan refers PART officials to trial over alleged financial violations

Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Mohammed Al-Mashaan has referred several former and current officials of the Public Authority for Roads and Land Transport (PART) to the Audit Bureau’s disciplinary trial over alleged financial violations.

The move comes upon recommendations by a neutral investigation committee which was formed by the minister, reports Al-Jarida daily.

Dr. Al-Mashaan emphasized that the decision reflects the ministry’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and the protection of public funds.

She added that these measures aim to strengthen administrative and financial discipline across the ministry’s sectors.
