Decree-law approves final accounts of KPC and its subsidiaries for FY 2024/2025

Decree-Law No. 146 of 2025 was published today in the Official Gazette (Kuwait Alyawm), approving the final accounts of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) and its subsidiaries for the fiscal year 2024/2025.

According to the decree, the total revenues of KPC and its subsidiaries reached 30 billion dinars, while total expenditures was 28.6 billion dinars for the same fiscal period, reports Al-Rai daily.

The approval reflects the corporation’s continued strong financial performance, supported by stable oil market conditions and strategic operational efficiency across its subsidiaries.
