Dalal Al-Mulla Legal Group has signed a cooperation agreement with the Emirates Classification Society (TASNEEF) to boost legal and maritime collaboration in the region. The agreement was announced during the official visit of Lawyer Dalal Al-Mulla, Founder and CEO of the Group, to TASNEEF’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
The partnership, signed in the presence of Eng. Waleed Al-Tamimi, CEO of TASNEEF, will focus on a range of maritime legal services. These include handling disputes and arbitration, vessel arrest, oil pollution cases, ship financing and registration, charter party and shipping contracts, marine insurance, and incidents such as collisions and oil spills.
Lawyer Dalal Al-Mulla said the agreement marks “a significant step in strengthening regional cooperation,” adding that it underlines the Group’s commitment to supporting the Gulf’s maritime and shipping sectors with specialized legal expertise.
Eng. Waleed Al-Tamimi welcomed the deal, praising Dalal Al-Mulla Legal Group for its role in representing clients in maritime cases and enhancing the region’s legal framework in the shipping industry.
Both sides said the agreement supports their shared goal of developing safer and more sustainable practices in the maritime transport and logistics sector
