Customs authorities seize witchcraft materials from passengers

The General Administration of Customs announced the seizure of witchcraft and sorcery items at the Shuwaikh Port and the Failaka Island. The items were found in possession of several passengers who arrived in the country.
According to the statement, the operation was carried out by inspectors from the Northern Ports Customs Administration at both the locations. The items were found concealed neatly inside the luggage to avoid suspicion. The seized items included talismans, papers with strange writings, and other materials believed to be used in sorcery, reports Al-Anba daily.
Authorities emphasized that such items are prohibited under both Sharia and Kuwaiti law, and pose a threat to societal safety and public order.
