Customs appoints 30 new auditors, emphasizes integrity and national security

The General Administration of Customs announced today the appointment of 30 new customs auditors, during a ceremony held at the Customs Department in Shuwaikh (Area 3).
The event was attended by several senior customs officials who welcomed the new recruits and highlighted the critical role auditors play in safeguarding national borders, facilitating trade, and ensuring adherence to laws and regulations, reports Al-Rai daily.
As part of the ceremony, the new auditors participated in an awareness session focusing on their rights and responsibilities. The session aimed to deepen their professional knowledge, promote ethical values, and underscore the importance of transparency, integrity, and job dedication in daily duties.
