Cuba Congratulates Kuwait on National and Liberation Days

On the occasion of the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, and as the State of Kuwait commemorates the 65th anniversary of its National Day and the 35th anniversary of its Liberation Day, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and sincere best wishes to His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness the Crown Prince, the Government, and the brotherly people of Kuwait.
These national milestones reflect the strength, resilience, and unity of the Kuwaiti people, as well as the wisdom of its leadership, which has guided the country toward stability, progress, and a distinguished role in promoting peace and humanitarian values at both regional and international levels. The coincidence of these cherished national celebrations with the holy month of Ramadan gives this period a special meaning, as Ramadan embodies noble values of solidarity, compassion, coexistence, and mutual respect—principles that are deeply rooted in Kuwaiti society.
I also express my appreciation for the friendly relations between the Republic of Cuba and the State of Kuwait, and affirm the shared commitment to strengthening dialogue, cooperation, and understanding between our two nations in areas of mutual interest. I wish the State of Kuwait continued security, prosperity, and success, and I extend my heartfelt greetings to the Kuwaiti people and to all those observing the holy month of Ramadan, hoping it will be a time of peace, reflection, and renewed hope. Ramadan Mubarak, and may Kuwait always remain a land of harmony and generosity.
H.E. Perez Torres
