CSC provides govt agencies names of employees whose nationalities have been revoked

The Civil Service Commission has provided government agencies with lists containing the names of individuals whose Kuwaiti nationality has been revoked under Article 21 bis of the Kuwaiti Nationality Law and its amendments, which apply to cases involving fraud, false statements, or forgery.

The move instructs authorities to take the necessary administrative actions regarding these individuals within their respective entities.

The Bureau advised that those whose nationalities have been withdrawn should not remain in their positions until the competent authorities are notified of the functional and financial consequences resulting from their status change.

This measure follows an earlier step by the Bureau, which had previously circulated lists of individuals whose citizenships were revoked under Article 5 — related to the category of distinguished work — and who met the conditions for signing employment termination contracts with government bodies.
