CSC launches five new social allowance e-services via Sahel App

The Civil Service Commission announced today the launch of five new electronic services related to social allowances through the unified government e-services application, Sahel.
In a statement posted on its official account on the X platform, the CSC explained that the new services are designed to streamline procedures and offer greater convenience to citizens.
Among the services are requests to suspend social allowances for children and spouses, applications to obtain social allowances for a spouse, requests for child allowances, requests to update or adjust health status information and applications related to children’s allowances.
The CSC emphasized that these services allow users to complete procedures easily and efficiently via the Sahel App, without the need to visit government offices or websites — saving both time and effort.
This step is part of the Bureau’s broader efforts to promote e-governance, enhance user experience, and contribute to the state’s digital vision of creating a fully paperless and integrated government service system.
