CSC introduces six new digital services to streamline procedures

The Civil Service Council announced on Tuesday the launch of six new services through its integrated digital system, to simplify processes and save time and effort.

In a statement posted on its official X platform, the CSC stated that the new services include — job status modification, appointments, external transfers, experience calculation, job title changes, and the settlement of end-of-service benefits, according to Al-Rai daily.

The Bureau had announced on May 7 the automation of these services as part of its broader initiative to achieve a fully digital, paperless system.

It emphasized that this move is designed to eliminate the need for in-person visits, making procedures more efficient and accessible for users.
