CSC denies validity of rumors of new salary scale
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has firmly denied the validity of rumors circulating about a so-called “new salary scale,” urging the public to seek accurate information and avoid being misled by unverified claims.
In a statement, the CSC clarified that what has been rumored is actually derived from a comprehensive guide first issued in 2022, intended as an explanatory reference for Kuwaiti employees across different job levels in government institutions.
The CSC emphasized that this guide has since undergone multiple revisions and updates, including modifications to job titles and data, but it does not represent a new salary structure.
The CSC has called on those concerned employees to rely on official sources for accurate information and not to fall victim to rumors and misinformation.
