Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled hosts GCC Supreme Court officials
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace this morning senior judicial personalities from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
Among the guests were Counselor Dr. Adel Majed Burasli, President of the Supreme Judicial Council and Court of Cassation of Kuwait; Dr. Mohammed Hamad Al-Badi, President of the Federal Supreme Court of the UAE; Abdulrahman Al-Sayed Al-Mualla, Counsel of Bahrain; Khalifa bin Saeed Al-Busaidi, President of Oman’s Supreme Court; Counselor Dr. Hassan bin Lahdan Al-Mohannadi, President of Qatar’s Supreme Judicial Council; and Counselor Sultan bin Nasser Al-Suwaidi, Assistant Secretary-General for Legislative and Legal Affairs at the GCC Secretariat.
The reception marked the occasion of the 11th regular meeting of the Presidents of the Supreme and Cassation Courts of GCC countries. The event was attended by Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Head of the Diwan of the Crown Prince, along with other senior officials.
