Court finds three men guilty; head of printing press, teacher, employee
. . . main accused gets three years, two accomplices six months each for leaking exam papers

The Misdemeanor Court of Cassation has upheld a three-year prison sentence for the main defendant who leaked Grade 12 exam papers by retrieving them from incinerated materials.
His two accomplices got six months each, suspended for two years, for their role in obtaining leaked science and arts exam models, reports Al-Rai daily.
The incident, driven by personal gain, violated Ministry of Education confidentiality and undermined fairness among students.
The ruling confirmed that the teacher and employee conspired with the secret printing press head to access and distribute exam content ahead of the exams.
