Acting Director of the Meteorological Department, Darrar Al-Ali, said Kuwait will experience clear skies tonight, accompanied by cold weather and a gradual improvement in horizontal visibility.
Al-Ali told the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the cold conditions will be accompanied by northwesterly winds blowing at speeds ranging between 10 and 40 kilometers per hour, with minimum temperatures expected to range between 7 and 11 degrees Celsius.
He noted that the country has begun to witness a gradual improvement in horizontal visibility, starting from the northern regions, after visibility had previously dropped to less than 1,000 meters, reaching as low as 800 meters in some areas.
Al-Ali explained that the weather conditions experienced over the past few days were marked by active northwesterly winds, with gusts exceeding 70 kilometers per hour, which led to reduced visibility in several parts of the country.
