Civil Service Commission mandates visible employee ID badges starting September

All Civil Service Commission employees must visibly wear their ID badges during working hours starting September 1.

• Employees without ID badges must provide a personal photo and civil ID copy to the Administrative Affairs Department.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has implemented a new policy requiring all employees to visibly display their ID badges during official working hours.

The directive is effective from September 1. According to information obtained by Al-Anba, employees who currently do not possess an ID badge are required to submit a personal photo and a copy of their civil ID to the Administrative Affairs Department.

The distribution of ID badge holders to all employees will be coordinated with relevant departments, as outlined by Deputy Director for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Salah Khalid Al-Saqabi.

The CSC emphasizes the importance of employee cooperation with security and safety officers when requested to present their ID badges. Failure to comply with this directive will result in disciplinary action.

The commission believes that this policy will contribute to organizational efficiency, achieve broader objectives, and ensure adherence to established standards and regulations within the CSC, ultimately streamlining work processes.
