Dr Essam Saad Al-Rubaiaan, the head of the bureau, met on Thursday morning with the undersecretaries of ministries from various state bodies to discuss the working mechanism for the evening period in government agencies.
During the meeting, which was attended by undersecretaries representing thirteen government entities, they reviewed how to provide government services effectively during both morning and evening hours. The goal is to facilitate the process for citizens and residents when they visit to complete their work. This initiative reflects the Civil Service Council’s commitment to improving the level of government services in the country.
