Citizen arrested with large haul of drugs in Kuwait
A well-planned ambush led to the arrest of the suspect in the act inside his Bnied Al-Gar office, along with the capture of his accomplices.

• The Ministry of Interior affirms the continuation of its security campaigns to target those involved in drug trafficking, emphasizing that the law applies to everyone without exception.
As part of ongoing anti-drug efforts, the General Department for Drug Control arrested a citizen in his Bnied Al-Gar office for possessing various narcotic and psychotropic substances, Arabic daily Al Jarida reported.
The arrest followed close monitoring of the suspect’s movements, based on confidential information received regarding his involvement in drug possession and trafficking. A well-planned ambush resulted in his arrest in the act inside his office, along with the arrest of his accomplices.
The search led to the discovery of the following seized items including 40 grams of cocaine, 24 grams of marijuana, 30 grams of hashish, 300 tablets of psychotropic substances, and two sensitive scales used in the preparation and distribution of narcotic substances.
The necessary legal measures were taken against the accused, and they were referred, along with the seized items, to the competent authorities to complete the investigations and take further legal action.
