CFI Financial Group, a leading international brokerage providing online trading and investment services, has concluded its 2026 Strategic Leadership Meeting in Dubai, bringing together senior executives to define the next stage of the company’s worldwide growth trajectory.

The two-day gathering marked a significant milestone for the Group, initiating a new strategic cycle centered on technological advancement, operational excellence, enhanced governance, and a strengthened global footprint.

A highlight of the meeting was a special dialogue session with Sir Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time Formula 1™ World Champion and CFI’s global ambassador.

Hamilton shared insights on mental discipline, preparation, and resilience, offering the executive team an inspirational perspective on building a high-performance culture—an element deemed essential for the Group’s future priorities.

Executives also reviewed the strategic pillars guiding CFI’s transformation from a leading regional platform into a global financial ecosystem supported by advanced digital infrastructure.

Having solidified its leadership position across the Middle East and North Africa, the Group is now moving toward a new era defined by innovation, technology, and international expansion.

Discussions highlighted the capabilities required to support a global operating model, including enhanced digital solutions, improved operational discipline, and greater execution efficiency.

The meeting also featured an address by world-renowned climber Maxime Chaya, who has reached the summit of Mount Everest and completed the Seven Summits challenge. In his speech, titled “Reach the Summit of Your Ambitions,” Chaya emphasized teamwork, responsibility, and perseverance as key drivers of success.

At the conclusion of the event, Ziad Melhem, CEO of CFI Financial Group, said: “2026 will be a pivotal turning point for CFI Group.

“The priorities we agreed upon today form a strong foundation for the next phase of our growth. Our discussions were focused and aligned with our long-term vision, and we leave with a unified commitment to expansion, flexibility, and disciplined execution,” he added.
