In a bid to improve customer convenience and flexibility, the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) has announced an extension of banking hall hours at its main building. Starting June 2, the banking hall will operate from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on all official working days.
The expanded hours are designed to cater to a broader range of customers, including individuals, government entities, and financial institutions. The banking hall provides a comprehensive array of services, such as check cashing, deposits, commemorative coin purchases, damaged banknote exchanges, and lodging complaints related to entities supervised by the CBK.
To further enhance the customer experience, the CBK encourages customers to book appointments in advance through the ‘Meta’ platform of the ‘Sahel’ application.
