Central Agency issues special cards for revoked nationalities

The Central Agency for Illegal Residents announced on Sunday that it has commenced issuing special cards for individuals whose nationalities have been revoked, according to a report in Al Rai newspaper.

Brigadier General Muhammad Al-Wahib, the Director of the Status Adjustment Department at the authority, said in a press statement that the card the authority began issuing is in implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. 296/2024.

This resolution stipulates assigning the Central Authority to coordinate with relevant government agencies to organize, amend, and monitor the status of individuals whose Kuwaiti nationalities were withdrawn.

Al-Wahaib added that, according to the decision, the agency will submit a report to the Council of Ministers every three months to document all measures taken in this regard.
