Cassation Court orders defendants to pay 105 million dinars in fine in Army Fund case

The Court of Cassation has issued a verdict ordering the defendants in the Army Fund case to pay the state 105 million Kuwaiti dinars in fine and obliged them to return double the amount of the money embezzled by them.

In the same case, the court ruled that former Minister Khaled Al-Jarrah and others be imprisoned for 7 years , while refraining from pronouncing the punishment for former Prime Minister His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak.
