CAPT opens bids for key pumping station project in Al-Mutlaa Residential City

The Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT) recently opened bids for the construction, completion, and maintenance of a pumping station and its related facilities at Site 1 in Al-Mutlaa Residential City.
This project, commissioned by the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, is a key component of the water infrastructure development in the Mutlaa area.
During its meeting last Monday, CAPT accepted six bids that met all financial and technical criteria. These bids will now be forwarded to the Ministry for review, with a recommendation expected within one month following which, the decision will be referred to the Audit Bureau for its review before awarding the contract.
The Mutlaa pumping station project is considered one of the most vital elements in the water supply system for the Mutlaa Residential City. Once completed, it will play a crucial role in pumping water throughout the region’s network, guaranteeing continuous water flow to meet the growing demands of the area.
This initiative forms part of the broader infrastructure efforts led by the Ministry to support the development and sustainability of Mutlaa Residential City.
