. . . the intent is to accelerate agenda of digital transformation, ensuring that key platforms (such as the contact center) and educational environments are backed by robust, state-of-the-art software and support.

The Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT) has given nod to a request by the Central Agency for Information Technology to engage in direct contracting for premium technical support services and Google for education licenses, in deals totaling US $8.6 million.

Under the first component of the contract, valued at $2.3 million, work will focus on implementing, developing, and supporting the Unified Contact Center “Wasel.”

The service provider is Impulse International Communications, an authorized distributor, which will deliver premium support via SPRINKLR solutions deployed on Google Cloud. The duration of this contract is three years.

Moreover, the CAPT approved a second direct contract for supplying Google for education licenses, contracted with the same company —Impulse — for $6.3 million over one year.

These initiatives aim to strengthen digital infrastructure in both government service delivery and educational technology, leveraging cloud-based tools and professional support to enhance efficiency and reliability.

By approving these contracts, the state signals its intent to accelerate its digital transformation agenda, ensuring that key platforms (such as the contact center) and educational environments are backed by robust, state-of-the-art software and support.
