Capital Governor hails Ibn Sina Hospital as Model for Modern Healthcare

Capital Governor Sheikh Abdullah Salem Al-Ali praised Ibn Sina Hospital for Specialized Surgery as a pioneering institution in advanced healthcare, commending its precision-driven surgical services that align with the latest international standards.
During an official visit to the hospital yesterday, the Governor emphasized that supporting and enhancing the health sector remains a cornerstone of comprehensive national development. He underscored the importance of investing in medical capabilities to ensure sustainable progress and improved public health outcomes, reports Al-Rai daily.
Sheikh Abdullah was received by Acting Director Dr. Hammad Bu Adil, Assistant Director for Administrative Affairs Ahmed Al-Muwaizri, and several senior hospital officials.
As part of his tour, the Governor was briefed on the hospital’s specialized surgical departments, outpatient clinics, laboratories, and medical services—all equipped with cutting-edge technologies and modern medical systems.
He also met with a number of patients, offering his well wishes for a speedy recovery. In remarks to staff, he lauded the exceptional efforts of the medical and administrative teams in providing a comprehensive treatment environment.
