Cambodia Congratulates Kuwait on National and Liberation Days

On behalf of the People and the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Royal Embassy of Cambodia, and on my own behalf, I have the great honor and pleasure to extend my heartfelt congratulations and warmest wishes to the Government and the People of the State of Kuwait on the auspicious occasion of the 63rd Anniversary of the National Day and the 33rd Anniversary of the Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait.

Guided by the long-standing friendship and cordial relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the State of Kuwait, I am confident that our constructive cooperation, mutual understanding, and strong bilateral ties will continue to flourish and expand for the mutual benefit of our two nations and peoples.

I firmly believe that under the wise and visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait; His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, Crown Prince; His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister; and His Excellency Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, our two countries will continue to work closely together to explore new avenues of cooperation and further strengthen our excellent relations in the years to come.

May I avail myself of this auspicious opportunity to convey my sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince, His Highness the Prime Minister, and His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs, wishing them good health, happiness, continued progress, and greater prosperity, particularly as these significant national celebrations coincide with the blessed Holy Month of Ramadan.
