CAIR receives applications from ‘select foreign wives’ of Kuwaitis

Central Agency for Illegal Residents announced today that it is now receiving applications from specific categories of foreign wives of Kuwaiti nationals whose citizenship was revoked under Article 8 of the Nationality Law.

In its official statement, the agency clarified that it is accepting two categories — Foreign wives who never held Kuwaiti citizenship (those without Kuwaiti status), and two, foreign wives who were residing illegally and had their Kuwaiti citizenship withdrawn (those with revoked Kuwaiti status).

The announcement reflects ongoing efforts to address legal and humanitarian considerations related to residency and nationality matters.
