Bushehri fast-tracks public projects for Al-Mutlaa residents
The Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy calls for expedited procedures for offering projects related to public buildings, central markets, public parks, and landscaping to serve residents in all suburbs of the city.

Dr. Mahmoud Bushehri, the Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, confirmed that citizen concerns are being addressed on schedule, prioritizing the completion of the water filling station and road lighting soon.
Dr. Mahmoud Bushehri, the Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, and the Minister of State for Housing Affairs, along with Eng. Rashid Al-Anazi, the Director General of the General Corporation for Housing Welfare, conducted a second inspection visit to the residential city of Al-Mutlaa. The visit aimed to follow up on the progress of the corporation’s projects and recent developments, according to the Al Anba newspaper.
On the sidelines of his visit, the minister met on Friday morning with a group of citizens residing in the city who conveyed their needs and the challenges they face as city residents.
The minister confirmed that all the issues referred to by the citizens are being addressed according to a specific timetable, the most important of which are the completion of the water filling station and road lighting in the near future. Additionally, sewage treatment plants will be implemented after coordination and cooperation with the Ministry of Public Works.
Bushehri explained that he directed those in charge of the institution to expedite the procedures for offering projects for public buildings, central markets, public parks, and landscaping that serve the city’s residents in all its suburbs, in coordination and cooperation with the relevant state institutions.
