Boursa Kuwait disclosure: Court rejects Agility lawsuit over Sulaibiya expansion contract

The Boursa Kuwait announced on its official website on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, a disclosure submitted by Agility Public Warehousing Company (Agility), regarding a legal case related to the Sulaibiya expansion project.
According to the disclosure, the case concerns a claim seeking to confirm the continuation of the contractual relationship under Contract No. 211, which pertains to the Sulaibiya expansion project covering an area of approximately 150,000 square meters.
The ruling issued by the Kuwait Court of First Instance rejected the lawsuit filed by Agility and upheld the termination of the contract related to the project, reports Al-Anba daily.
In its statement, the company clarified that the ruling was issued by a court of first instance and will be appealed, noting that the decision currently has no financial or operational impact on the company.
The disclosure was published in line with regulatory requirements to ensure transparency and inform investors about developments that may affect listed companies.
