Body of Pakistani expatriate found inside bus in Salmiya
The Public Prosecution ordered a criminal investigation and referred the body to forensics after a passer-by reported finding it in a bus parked in a dirt lot.
The body of a Pakistani expatriate was discovered inside a bus in Salmiya. The Public Prosecution has ordered the case to be registered under criminal suspicion, according to a report in the Al Rai newspaper.
The incident was initially reported by a passer-by who noticed the body inside the bus in a dirt lot, possibly a parking area, in Salmiya.
After being informed, the Ministry of Interior’s operations dispatched security and forensic personnel to the location of the bus, where the body was found inside.
Following an investigation, it was determined that the body belonged to a Pakistani individual. The Public Prosecution was notified and ordered the registration of a criminal suspicion, as well as the referral of the body to the forensic medicine department to determine the cause of death.
