Banks headquarters across Kuwait closed April 1 and April 2; precautionary measure
Banks across Kuwait have begun implementing precautionary measures, including temporary adjustments to branch operations, in response to current regional developments, while reaffirming their commitment to uninterrupted customer service.
In light of the current developments, and in the interest of ensuring safety and business continuity, the headquarters of banks will be closed today (Wednesday) April 1 and Thursday, April 2, 2026 only.
The statement by banks said, “We remain committed to serving you and providing you with the highest level of banking services, with all services accessible through our local branch network, as well as our ATM network and electronic banking channels.
May God protect Kuwait, its Amir, and its people from all harm, and grant the nation continued security and stability, the message read.
