Bahrain’s air defense systems intercepted and destroyed Iranian drones targeting the Kingdom early Wednesday, as authorities urged citizens and residents to remain calm and follow official instructions.
Bahrain’s National Communication Centre said the drones were intercepted and destroyed, adding that the Kingdom’s air defense systems remain on high alert to protect the security and safety of Bahrain, according to the Bahrain News Agency.
Meanwhile, the Jordanian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 10 of 13 ballistic missiles that entered the Kingdom’s airspace, while three fell in remote areas away from population centers, the Jordanian Armed Forces said.
