Bahrain ambassador highlights deep-rooted ties with Kuwait
His Excellency Salah Ali Al-Malki praised the deep, long-standing relations between Kuwait and Bahrain during a ceremony marking Bahrain’s 53rd National Day, highlighting the ongoing support from both countries’ leaderships.
• His Excellency Salah Ali Al-Malki, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Kuwait, emphasized ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation between the two nations, noting his country’s commitment to foreign policy principles of balance, moderation, and cooperation.
His Excellency Salah Ali Al-Malki, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Kuwait, stated on Monday that “bilateral cooperation between Kuwait and Bahrain continues to grow and integrate at all levels, bringing mutual benefits and development to both countries and their peoples,” according to Al Qabas newspaper.
This was stated by Ambassador Al-Malki during a ceremony held by the Bahraini Embassy in Kuwait to celebrate the 53rd anniversary of Bahrain’s National Day and the 25th anniversary of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s assumption of the throne.
The event was attended by Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior, Abdullah Al-Yahya, the Foreign Minister, and a number of senior officials, dignitaries, and heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Kuwait.
Ambassador Al-Malki praised the strength and depth of the long-standing brotherly relations between Kuwait and Bahrain, highlighting the continuous and significant support they receive from the leaderships of both countries. He emphasized the ongoing efforts to enhance joint cooperation for the benefit and interests of both nations and their peoples.
He added that his country is taking firm steps towardsachieving the objectives of its foreign policy, which are based on well-defined principles and values of balance, moderation, and cooperation. These principles enshrine the values of dialogue and human coexistence, strengthen international cooperation, promote sustainable peace, continue efforts to achieve sustainable development, protect human rights and freedoms, and preserve the environment, all of which play a crucial role in reinforcing the Kingdom’s status on the international stage.
On this occasion, Ambassador Al-Malki conveyed his heartfelt congratulations to King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Prime Minister, and the people of Bahrain.
