Azerbaijan Congratulates Kuwait on National and Liberation Days

On the occasion of the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan, the 65th National Day and 35th Liberation Day, I am honored and pleased to extend my highest congratulations and sincere best wishes to His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, to His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait; and to the Government and the brotherly and friendly people of Kuwait.

On this auspicious occasion, I pray to Almighty Allah to grant His Highness good health and well-being, also to the State of Kuwait peace and prosperity, as well as to the brotherly and friendly people of Kuwait continued progress and happiness.
