Asian Exhibition at City Hypermarket, a huge success

The Asian Exhibition 2024 held on Friday held at City Hypermarket in Salmiyah was a huge success. Seven Asian Embassies and sixteen exhibitors were present to showcase tourism, services and various cuisines.

The day event commenced with the official cutting of ribbon by the Ambassadors of Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Thailand, Japan and South Korea. Embassies exhibited displays of artifacts from each participating country.

Cuisines included restaurants from Berry Blast, Everest, Vinta, Monalicious, Hangout, Jollibee and Chowking, Nirem Productions andCoffilia and Warung Samia provided free taste and sell their products to visitors.

Metro Clinic offered free medical consultations, Khalid Al Hussaini Law Firm with legal assistance,  ITL International Travel, KDD, Saija, LBC Cargo, OWWA,  Masterclass LIfestyle Worskhops and The Times Kuwait.

Different performing groups rendered variety of cultural and traditional dances from Nepal and Indonesia with vocal renditions from Megat Hisham from Malaysia , Consul Nikki Zubhana from Indonesia, Jummel Carvajal from Philippines and back up from Z Crew and Zayaw Q8. The exhibition also highlighted games and activities which gave out prizes from Friendi Mobile, Saiaj Perfumes and KDD products.

An estimate of more than eight hundred guest and shoppers dropped by at the exhibition from 11 am till 5 pm. The  event ended with a showcase of tourism videos from different participating embassies. Organizer of the event announced that a tourism exhibition will be held soon at the City Hypermarket at the Manara Mall in Shuwaikh. The event will showcase embassies and travel agencies.
