Artist gets five years with hard labor in defamation case

The Criminal Court, presided over by Counselor Abdul Wahab Al-Maili, sentenced artist, identified only as M., to five years in prison with hard labor and imposed a fine of 5,000 dinars, in the case filed by former MP Ahmed Al-Shahoumi on charges of insult and defamation.
