‘Arrest and Subpoena Request’ Service launched on Sahel App

The Ministry of Justice has officially launched the “Arrest and Subpoena Request” service through the government’s unified digital platform, Sahel.
The Ministry stated that this new feature has been added to the list of remote execution services, enabling creditors to electronically submit and track requests for the arrest and subpoena of defaulting debtors, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to the announcement, the Sentences Enforcement Department will review each request to ensure it meets the legal requirements before taking action.
This service is part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to enhance digital access to judicial services and streamline enforcement procedures via the Sahel application.
