Army Deputy Chief of Staff pays visit to multi-purpose shooting range

Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kuwaiti Army, Major General Pilot Sabah Al-Jaber, praised the high standards and advanced capabilities of the multi-purpose shooting range in the Al-Adiri area, describing it as a model example of integrated training infrastructure that enhances the combat readiness of army units.

His remarks came during a field inspection conducted on Monday, as part of his regular oversight visits to assess the preparedness of field units.

Major General Al-Jaber emphasized that the presence of such specialized training facilities is essential to prepare army personnel for various combat scenarios, noting that continuous development reflects the leadership’s dedication to building a realistic and efficient training environment.

During the visit, he received a detailed briefing from the Commander of the Administrative Support Command on the range’s components, which include specialized training fields, a modern shooting range, a control tower and logistical and technical support units.

Major General Al-Jaber was welcomed by Commander of the Land Forces Brigadier General Hamad Al-Suwaidi, Commander of the Administrative Support Command Brigadier General Othman Al-Shaheen, and several senior officers, who accompanied him during the inspection.
