Arabi Holding Group has announced the signing of a settlement agreement with the Kuwait Investment Authority, effectively ending all ongoing legal disputes and mutually withdrawing court rulings related to the Health Assurance Hospitals Company (Dhaman) project.
In a disclosure posted on Boursa Kuwait’s website, the company emphasized that the agreement demonstrates both parties’ commitment to cooperation and their shared determination to expedite the launch and operation of the Dhaman project, which remains a strategic priority for both sides, according to reports.
