At Kuwaiti Week in Cairo, Arab League showcases its vision for a stronger Arab World
. . . underscores commitment to joint Arab Action

The Arab League affirmed it will participate in the activities of the 16th Kuwaiti Week in Egypt, which was inaugurated, Tuesday, by the Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi.
The event drew wide participation from official, economic, and media institutions from both Kuwait and Egypt.
In a statement, the Arab League said that its participation aligns with its ongoing efforts to support and strengthen pathways of joint Arab cooperation.
It added that its pavilion at the exhibition accompanying Kuwaiti Week features a collection of media materials, books, and publications aimed at introducing the League’s role and showcasing its work in various fields of Arab cooperation, particularly economic, social, media, and cultural sectors.
The League noted that its pavilion includes documentary series and reference books highlighting the history and institutional development of the Arab League, along with informational bulletins on Arab programs related to sustainable development. It also features specialized booklets issued by the General Secretariat’s media and communication sectors, Arab ministerial councils, and technical committees working under the League’s umbrella.
The Arab League praised the three-day Kuwaiti Week, commending the initiatives that enhance communication between Arab peoples and promote cooperation between government institutions, civil society organizations, and the private sector.
Throughout the event, League representatives provided visitors with direct explanations about the materials on display and the role of each sector. They also responded to inquiries regarding regional cooperation programs, institutional mechanisms, and joint initiatives with governmental and private entities across the Arab world.
Kuwaiti Week in Egypt is regarded as one of the most important annual economic and cultural events, featuring the participation of major ministries, institutions, companies, and media outlets from both countries.
It aims to strengthen bilateral relations, boost investment and cooperation opportunities, and underscore the pivotal role of Egyptian-Kuwaiti relations within the broader Arab system of joint action.
