Amnesty extended to 30 June

In a press statement released on Thursday evening, the Ministry of Interior announced an extension of the deadline for residency violators to leave the country or amend their residency status. The new deadline is set for 30 June, the end of the month.

This extension comes in light of the upcoming Eid al-Adha holiday and the high demand from residency violators seeking to either depart Kuwait or rectify their status.

The Ministry emphasized that this extension aligns with the directives of Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior.
