Amiri Decree appoints Rabab Al-Osaimi PAM Director General
An Amiri decree has been issued appointing Rabab Abdullah Mazid Al-Osaimi Director General of the Public Authority for Manpower, with the rank of Undersecretary.
In the same decree, a number of officials were appointed PAM Deputy Director General, each with the rank of Assistant Undersecretary, as part of a broader restructuring aimed at strengthening the authority’s leadership and enhancing its institutional performance.
The appointments come within the framework of ongoing administrative updates designed to support the development of labor policies, regulate the labor market, and improve services provided to workers and employers in the country.
The Public Authority for Manpower plays a central role in overseeing labor relations, protecting workers’ rights, regulating recruitment, and implementing national labor strategies in coordination with relevant government entities.
